转基因植物及产品检测技术研究综述

摘要

从转基因植物研制检测和转基因植物及产品的安全评价监测检测两方面对转基因植物及产品检测策略进行了系统地综述.主要介绍了转基因植物及产品检测的主要相关技术如核酸检测技术和蛋白质检测技术,给出了目前已商业化应用的主要外源基因和载体通用基因元件.并对检测技术的发展趋势进行了讨论.%The testing strategies of transgenic plants and products in terms of transgenic plants research and the safety evaluation monitoring of transgenic plants and their products were reviewed. It introduced main relevant testing techniques such as DNA analyses and protein analyses methods of transgenic plants and their products. The paper also showed the main foreign genes and common genetic components in the current commercial transgnic plants. Finally the paper discussed the trends of testing technology.
