转基因产品检测中标准的使用——以MON810为例

摘要

转基因成分检测是转基因产品身份确定的主要手段,目前我国转基因成分检测标准体系有国标、行标以及地标3类,标准覆盖数十种检测参数和上千的动植物源性产品.本文以转基因玉米MON810品系检测为例,从目前转基因产品检测标准的适用范围、技术特点等角度讨论了在转基因产品检测过程标准的使用及其注意事项,为常规的转基因产品检测提供参考和指导.%Detection of transgenic components was the main method of determination of the identity of genetically modified products. There were three types of standards including the national, industrial and local standards in China, covering a few dozen of testing parameters and thousands of products derived from animal and plant. How to choose the standards and the notice of selecting references using a case study of event MON810 was discussed in order to provide help with detection of genetically modified products.
