本文通过采用自制土柱装置,进行新型硝化抑制剂对氮素迁移转化及其淋溶损失的试验,探讨其对氮素垂直迁移和淋溶损失的影响,以及硝化抑制剂自身的有效性.结果表明:在27 d内,新型硝化抑制剂能显著抑制土壤铵氧化过程的发生,显著提高20 cm以上表层土壤铵态氮含量,降低表层土壤硝态氮含量;深层土壤地下水硝态氮浓度显著低于未加硝化抑制剂的对照土壤地下水的浓度,明显降低硝态氮垂直迁移的淋溶损失;不同的硝化抑制剂对土壤地下水氮素的迁移转化影响存在着显著的不同.%In order to explore the effect of new nitrification inhibitors on vertical migration and leaching losses of nitrogen and effectiveness of nitrification inhibitors, the experiment that new nitrification inhibitors'role in migration and transformation and leaching loss of nitrogen was determined were conducted with the soil column device. The results showed that new nitrification inhibitors could significantly inhibit the oxidation of soil ammonium within 27 days, and increase ammonium nitrogen content, decrease nitrate nitrogen above 20 cm soil. The nitrate concentrations of groundwater in deep soil were significantly lower than that in control soil, so new nitrification inhibitors significantly reduced the nitrate leaching losses of the vertical migration. The effects of different nitrification inhibitors on the migration of nitrogen in soil groundwater existed difference.
