雷山小香羊促黄体素β亚基基因Sph Ⅰ酶切多态性分析

摘要

为了给雷山小香羊品种遗传资源的合理利用及进一步选育提供科学依据,同时为更全面地了解其种质特性提供基础性资料,利用PCR-RFLP技术对67只雷山小香羊促黄体素β亚基基因进行了Sph Ⅰ内切酶酶切位点多态性分析.结果表明,所扩增的促黄体素β亚基基因序列中仅有1个SphⅠ酶切位点,且不具有多态性.%The polymorphism of luteinizing honnone β subunit gene of 67 Leishan amall Xiang goats was analyzed by PCR-RFLP to provide the scientific bssis for rational utilization of genetic resources and breeding of Leishan small Xiang goat and to overall understand its germplasm characteristics. The results showed that there was one Sph Ⅰ restriction enzyme cutting site in the sequence of amplified luteinizing hormone β subunit gene.
