不同火炉密集烤房的烘烤效应研究

     

摘要

The curing effect was compared between two up-draft bulk curing barns which were installed metallic stove or nonmetallic stove. The result showed that the construction cost of nonmetallic stove was lower (60.5 percent) than that of metallic stove, and that the reduced cost was 1240 yuan. The coal consumption was 1.71 kg to attain 1 kg dried tobacco leaves in bulk curing bam installed nonmetallic stove, and that the coal consumption was higher ( 6.88 percent ) than that in bulk curing bam installed metallic stove which consumed 1.6 kg coal to attain 1 kg dried tobacco leaves. The grade structure and primary chemical composition contents had no significant difference between two different types bulk curing bams. Surface temperature of nonmetallic stove was higher (0.3 - 11. 3℃) than that of metallic stove. These results further suggested that the construction cost of metallic stove was significantly higher than that of metallic stove. But the curing cost of metallic stove was significantly lower than that of nonmetallic stove. The type of stove had no significant influence on the quality of dried tobacco leaves.%对分别安装了金属火炉和非金属火炉的2座气流上升武密集烤房的烘烤效应进行了比较研究.结果表明,1座非金属火炉比1座金属火炉节省建造费用1240元,降低成本60.5%;非金属火炉烤房单位干烟叶耗煤量(1.71 kg/kg)高于金属火炉烤房(1.60 kg/kg) 6.88%;2个处理烤后烟叶的等级结构和主要化学成分含量均没有明显差异;非金属火炉烟囱表面温度高于金属火炉烟囱表面温度0.3 ~11.3℃.因此,非金属火炉的建造成本大大低于金属火炉;金属火炉的烘烤成本明显低于非金属火炉;火炉类型对烤后烟叶质量没有明显影响.
