匙吻鲟受精卵胚胎发育的研究

             

摘要

The process of embryonic development of paddlefish Polydon spathula were observed, as to gain useful information for sustainable protection and exploitation of paddlefish resource. The artificial fertilization was conducted to male and female paddlefish with sexual maturity, including extrusion eggs, taking out sperm and dry artificial insemination,then the fertilized egg was observed and studied by binocular dissecting microscope, meanwhile, the results were recorded and photographed by stereomicroscope. The result showed that the whole embryonic development of paddlefish could be divided into nine periods; fertilized eggs periods, cleavage periods, blastula periods, gastmla periods , yolk plug periods, neurula periods, heat beating periods, pre-hatching periods and hatching periods. Under water temperature of 22 -25 ℃, the embryonic development lasted for 90-96 h. The total accumulated temperature was 2112 -2250℃ · h. The total length of newly hatched larvae was 7.05 -7.32 mm.%为持续保护和开发利用匙吻鲟资源,对匙吻鲟胚胎发育过程进行观察.对匙吻鲟亲鱼进行人工催产、人工产卵、取精,进行干法人工授精;人工授精后在双简解剖镜下观察与研究,并用体视显微镜辅助拍摄并记录.结果表明,匙吻鲟的成熟卵为多黄卵,卵裂为特殊的辐射裂.匙吻鲟的胚胎发育可分为受精卵、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、卵黄栓期、神经胚期、心脏搏动期、孵出期.在水温为22~25℃时,匙吻鲟胚胎发育需要90 ~96 h,总积温为2112~2250℃·h.孵化出的仔鱼全长7.05~7.32mm
