基于多台盘式揉捻机联合工作的PLC控制系统研发

摘要

本文以盘式揉捻机改造、送料装备研发为基础,以连续自动化作业为方向,利用PLC控制技术,研发了一种连续自动化揉捻机及其控制系统,实现了茶叶揉捻工序的连续自动化作业.%Based on reforming disc-roller and researching feeding equipment, working towards on continuation and automation, a continuous and automatic roller and control system were developped, which achieved continuous and automation in tea rolling processing by PLC control technology.
