几种植物生长调节物质对桃花粉萌发效应的影响

         

摘要

In this experiment, the effects of six kinds of plant growth regulating substances on pollen germination of Amygdalus perica Linn. var. scleropersica (Reich. ) Yü et Lu) were studied by body liquid training method. The results showed that low concentration of GA3 could promote its pollen germination, but more than a specified concentration, the inhibition was gradually produced, the optimal concentration was 100mg/L; NAA hindered the peaches pollen germination and presented the inhibition, and along with the increase of concentration, the inhibition enhanced. Abscisic acid had a inhibition on the germination of peaches with the concentration increasing; 6-BA promoted pollen germination, of which the concentration ranged from 12.5 to 25 mg/L, and the optimal concentration was 12.5 mg/L, when the concentration was more than 25 mg/L, the inhibition gradually strengthened; the optimal concentration of the thirty silane alcohol was 1mg/L to promote pollen germination, and the effect of other concentrations processing on pollen germination had a declining curve, but not too obvious; the effect of salicylic add on pollen germination was less under low concentration, and the concentration ranging from 0.002 to 0.008 mmol/ L promoted the germination, the optimal concentration was 0.002 mmol/L, when the concentration was more than a certain range, the inhibition strengthened.%采用花粉离体液体培养法研究了6种植物生长调节物质对毛桃(Amygdalus persica Linn.var.scleroperica(Reich.)Yü et Lu)花粉萌发的影响.结果表明,较低浓度的GA3能促进毛桃花粉的萌发,超过一定浓度时起抑制作用,并且随浓度的增大抑制作用增强,而其最适浓度是100 mg/L;NAA对毛桃花粉萌发呈现抑制作用,随着浓度的增大,抑制作用增强;ABA对毛桃花粉萌发的抑制作用也是随着浓度的增大而增强;6-BA促进花粉萌发的浓度范围是12.5-25 mg/L,而其最适浓度为12.5 mg/L,超过25mg/L时,抑制作用逐渐增强;TRIA促进毛桃花粉萌发的最适浓度为1mg/L,超过该浓度花粉萌发率呈下降趋势;水杨酸促进萌发浓度为0.002-0.008 mmol/L,而最适浓度为0.002 mmol/L,当浓度超过该范围时,抑制作用增强.
