为探索应用SSR标记遗传距离预测辣椒杂种优势的可行性,实现辣椒杂种优势早期预测.以10个辣椒自育亲本为试验材料,按NCⅡ不完全双列杂交组配25个杂交组合,利用SSR标记分析遗传距离与杂种优势的关系.结果表明:供试亲本之间的遗传距离在0.13 ~ 0.33内变化,平均遗传距离为0.25,表明了供试亲本之间遗传差异不明显,亲缘关系较近.SSR分子标标记遗传距离与单株挂果数、单株产量存在一定的相关性,与其他各性状无相关性差异.SSR分子标记分析表明,辣椒亲本间遗传距离越大,其组配的杂交组合获强优势组合的产量越高;亲本间遗传距离越小,其组配的杂交组合获强优势组合的产量越低.%To explore the feasibility of applying SSR genetic distance in predicting the heterosis of hot pepper,and achieve the early predation of heterosis of hot pepper,the relationship between genetic distance and heterosis was studied by NC Ⅱ incomplete diallel cross taking ten self-fertile parents as the test material.The results showed that the genetic distance of test parents ranged from 0.13 to 0.33 with an average of 0.25.This indicated that the relationship was close with inapparent difference among various test parents.Genetic distance had certain correlations with fruit number per plant and yield per plant.While no correlation with other characteristics.The SSR molecular marker indicated that the bigger the genetic distance was,the higher the yield of the hybridized combination was.
