为桢楠的栽培和繁殖提供科学依据,使其更好地服务于林业的发展,本试验测定了4个桢楠种子萌发过程中部分生理指标的动态变化.结果表明:种子萌发期间,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性均表现为从种子发芽试验之日起至萌发高峰期随时间进展酶活力逐日递增,自萌发高峰期至萌发停止,酶活力又逐日递减呈下降趋势.可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量先升高再降低,可能是种子贮藏养分水解的生理响应结果.%In order to provide scientific references for cultivation and propagation of Phoebe zhennan S.Lee et F.N.Wei and serve the development of forestry.In this trial,the dynamic changes of physiological indexes from four kinds of Phoebe during seeds germination were determined.The results showed that during seed germination of Phoebe,the activity of SOD and POD increased gradually from the date of the germination test to the germination peak of the progress and decreased gradually from germination peak to stop germination.The soluble sugar and protein contents increased at first and then decreased,which was probably hydrolytic physiological response result of the seed storage nutrient.
