本试验对灰毡毛忍冬开花进程和昆虫访花特性进行了观察,采用离体培养法测定了花粉活力,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法和套袋测定柱头可授性,运用杂交指数、花粉-胚珠比、套袋实验对灰毡毛忍冬繁育系统进行研究.结果表明,灰毡毛忍冬群体花期约30 d,单株花期约16 d,单花花期2~3d.灰毡毛忍冬开花前12 h至开花后36 h柱头可授性强,而花粉活力以开花当天正午时最高.灰毡毛忍冬传粉昆虫以膜翅目和鳞翅目昆虫为主,它们的活动对灰毡毛忍冬的传粉起到了重要的作用.杂交指数OCI=4,判断繁育系统为异交,部分自交亲和,需要传粉者;花粉-胚珠比P/O约为664.4,繁育系统为兼性异交;套袋实验测定自交结实率3.03%,异花授粉结实率为79.17%,繁育系统为异花授粉.灰毡毛忍冬繁育系统为异交,部分自交亲和,异花授粉需要传粉者.%In this trial,the flowering dynamics and insect pollination characteristics of Lonicera nuwranthoides Hand.-Mazz.were observed in field,its pollen viability was determined by isolated culture,and its stigmas receptivity was determined by the methods of benzidine-H2O2 and bagging,and its breeding system was studied by the out-crossing index(OCI),the pollen-ovule ratio (P/O) and bagging tests.The result showed that the population florescence of the Lonicera nuwranthoides Hand.-Mazz.was about 30 days from June to July,the florescence of a single plant was about 16 days,and the life span of an individual flower was 2-3 days.The stigmas receptivity was the highest from 12hours before flowering to 36 hours after flowering,and pollen viability was the highest at noon during the flowering day.The pollinators mostly arranged in Hymenoptera and Lepidoptera which played an important role in pollinating of Lonicera nuwranthoides Hand.-Mazz..The outcrossing index OCI =4,the breeding system of Lonicera nuwranthoides Hand.-Mazz.was determined as out-crossing and partially self-compatible,which required pollinators during pollination.The pollen-ovule ratio (P/O) was about 664.4,the breeding system was facultative xenogamy.By bagging testing,the self-fertility rate was 3.03 % and cross-pollination rate was 79.17 %,and the breeding system was outcrossing.The breeding system of Lonicera nuwranthoides Hand.-Mazz.belonged to largely outcrossing and partially self-compatible,which required pollinators for cross-pollinating.
