湖北宣恩县土壤全量微量元素与有机碳和pH的关系分析——以晓关侗族乡为例

         

摘要

[目的]为了揭示湖北省宣恩县晓关侗族乡土壤4种主要微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜与土壤有机碳和pH的关系,研究该地区土壤有机碳和pH对土壤这4种微量元素的影响.[方法]以湖北省恩施州宣恩县晓关侗族乡土壤为研究对象,每平方公里网格状对土壤进行采样,共采样2127份土样,实验分析了每份土壤的4种全量微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜,以及有机碳量和pH,数据分析四种土壤微量元素分别和土壤有机碳、pH的关系.[结果]土壤全量微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu的含量和有机碳显著(P<0.01)相关,且线性回归均呈负相关.土壤全量微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量均和pH显著(P<0.01)相关,且线性回归均呈正相关.[结论]恩施宣恩县晓关侗族乡土壤有机碳的积累导致土壤全量铁、锰、铜含量有所降低,但对锌元素无显著影响;土壤酸碱度在分析结果范围内越大,导致土壤全量微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜增加.%[Objective] In order to reveal the relationship between total amount of four main soil trace elements,soil organic carbon and pH,in Xiao-guan Dong minority township Xuanen county Enshi city,the effect of soil organic carbon and pH on four trace elements in soil was studied.[Method] Using the soil in this area as the research object and taking soil samples in per square kilometer grid,2127 samples were selected to analyze four kinds of soil trace elements in total quantity,includes iron,manganese,zinc,copper,and organic carbon also pH,the relationship between soil organic carbon and pH in four soil trace elements was analyzed.[Result]The correlation between soil trace elements Fe,Mn,Cu and organic carbon significantly (P < 0.01) decreased with the increase of organic carbon.The correlation between trace elements Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and the pH value of the soil were significant (P < 0.01),and increased with the increase of soil pH.[Conclusion] The accumulation of organic carbon in the soil organic carbon in the county of enshi xuanen county has led to a decrease in the amount of iron,manganese and copper in the soil,but has no significant effect on zinc elements.The increase of soil acidity in the results of the analysis results in an increase in the amount of trace elements iron,manganese,zinc and copper in the soil.
