干旱胁迫下气温对甘蔗叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响

         

摘要

[目的]文章研究了干旱胁迫下气温对甘蔗叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响,旨在为干旱胁迫下测量叶绿素荧光动力学参数提供参考.[方法]基于田间干旱胁迫试验,以6个甘蔗品种为试验材料,从9:00-19:40时连续测量荧光动力学参数,同时记录气温变化,分析干旱胁迫下气温变化对叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响.[结果]干旱胁迫下,气温变化对Fv/Fm和Fv/F.的测量值具有显著影响:9:00-12:00时段(气温相对较低),Fv/Fm和Fv/F.的测量值显著高于13:00-17:00时段(气温相对较高);随着气温的升高,Fv/Fm和Fv/F.不仅呈线性关系显著下降,且加剧了Fv/Fm和Fv/F.的下降幅度.[结论]干旱胁迫下,随着气温的升高,Fv/Fm和Fv/F.的测量值显著降低.选择适宜的测量时段和制定合理的测量方案,可减少气温变化对测量叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响,从而准确反映干旱胁迫效应.%[Objective] The present paper studied the effect of air temperature on sugarcane chlorophyll fluorescence under water stress,aiming to provide information for measuring chlorophyll fluorescence under water stress.[Method] Based on the water stress field trial,chlorophyll fluorescence of 6 sugarcane varieties were measured continually from 9:00 AM to 19:40 PM with recording the air temperature by weather station.The impact of air temperature on chlorophyll fluorescence was analyzed.[Result] The value of Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo were significantly affected by the change of air temperature under water stress:the value of Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo from the time interval (9:00-12:00,relatively lower air temperature) were significantly higher than those from another time interval (13:00-17:00,relatively higher air temperature);with the air temperature rising,not only Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo significantly dropped but also dropping degree of them was exacerbated.[Conclusion]The value of Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo significantly lowered under water stress with the air temperature rising.For decreasing the effect of air temperature on chlorophyll fluorescence,suitable measuring time and taking reasonable scheme for measurement should be taken into account.
