减库对不同穗型水稻物质积累及转运的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the differences of material accumulation among different panicle types,and the effects of reducing sink on material accumulation and translocation in different parts of rice were studied.[Method] In this study,wild-type Shuhui 498 and erect panicle mutant R221 were used as experimental materials,and the experiments with a completely randomized design were conducted to study the effects of reduced storage on dry matter accumulation,translocation and yield traits of the tested materials.[Result] The dry weight of stem and sheath decreased significantly after reducing storage,while the dry weight of panicle increased significantly which resulted in the decrease of leaf material transport rate,the stem and sheath rate of transformation and transformation;Through the reduction of the storage capacity,the activities of library organ and the transportation organization were enhanced,the conversion rate of leaves was increased,and the 1000-grain weight and seed-setting rate of two panicle rice varieties were increased.On the other hand,the effects of reducing sink on the seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight of curved panicle were bigger than that of erect panicle.[Conclusion] The results indicated that there were significant differences in the accumulation and transformation of erect panicles and curved spikes from heading to maturing stage,and reduced storage capacity would inhibit the curved ear leaves material output,but it was conducive to the transportation of erect panicle leaf photosynthate to the grain.%[目的]本研究旨在探究不同穗型材料间物质积累差异,以及减库对水稻不同部位物质积累、转运差异的影响.[方法]以弯曲穗野生型蜀恢498和直立穗突变体R221为试验材料,采用完全随机设计,比较研究减库处理对供试材料干物质积累及转运、产量性状的影响.[结果]减库处理后茎鞘、叶干重显著降低,而穗干重显著增加,导致供试材料减弱叶的物质转运、穗茎鞘输出率与转换率降低;通过库容量的减少,使得库器官和输导组织活性增强,从而提高叶的转换率,使2种穗型水稻千粒重及结实率提高.减库对弯曲穗型材料结实率和千粒重的影响较直立穗大.[结论]直立穗与弯曲穗从抽穗期至成熟期这一过程,它们物质积累、转化存在显著差异,且库容量减少会抑制弯曲穗叶片物质输出,有利于直立穗叶片光合产物转运到籽粒.
