基于多源数据的线路保护通道异常关联分析方法

         

摘要

In order to ensure the reliable operation of the main protection of the high-voltage power grid, the protection channel, router configuration and channel alarm data source distribution of high-voltage power grid are analyzed, and a corelation analysis method based on multi-source data for protection channel anomaly positioning is proposed, which comprehensively utilizes relay protection fault information system and communication network management system. Dynamic information such as communication resource management and control system, maintenance system and EMS system are deeply explored. The time synchronization technology among multiple systems based on information fuzzy matching and the dynamic information association technology based on multi-source information fusion are studied, and the automatic alarm and fault location of the protection channel abnormal fault are realized. The ground fault disconnection assistance decision based on the channel anomaly is also provided. The analysis results of the example demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the method.%为了保障高压电网主保护可靠运行, 首先分析了高压电网保护通道、路由的配置及通道告警数据源分布情况, 提出了一种基于多源数据进行保护通道异常定位的关联分析方法, 综合利用继电保护故障信息系统、通信网管系统、通信资源管控系统、检修系统、EMS系统等静、动态信息进行深入挖掘, 研究了基于信息模糊匹配的时间同步关联技术和基于多维搜索的动态信息关联技术, 实现了保护通道异常故障的自动告警、故障定位, 同时提供基于通道异常的地线断线故障辅助决策.实例的分析结果证明了该方法的有效性和准确性.
