基于RTDS的云南电网与南方电网主网异步联网运行控制特性分析

         

摘要

After the asynchronous interconnetcion of Yunnan Power Grid (YPG)and the main grid of China Southern Power Grid (CSG),the operation characteristics of power grids will have a great change,and the problem of frequency instability will become one of the major risk of power system operation. Based on the real-time simulation platform of CSG AC&DC hybrid power system, an overall simulation system of YPG and CSG in asynchronous interconnection operation is constructed,and a series of simulations on the frequency responses of YPG and control characteristics of HVDC projects in asynchronous interconnection operation are carried out considering the frequency control measures of primary frequency modulation,frequency limitation controllor of HVDC and special pro-tection system. In comparison between simulation results and site records,the governor and turbine models are optimized to improve the simulation accuracy of the control characteristics of CSG in asynchronous interconnection operation,which provides technological support for the asynchronous interconnetcion project of YPG and CSG.%云南电网与南方电网主网异步联网后电网结构与特性将发生重大变化,频率问题将成为电网运行的主要风险。基于南方电网交直流并联实时仿真平台,搭建了云南电网和南方电网主网异步联网运行方式下的交直流仿真系统。考虑机组一次调频、直流频率限制控制器、安全稳定控制等频率控制手段,对异步联网后系统大扰动下云南电网的频率响应及直流控制响应进行了全面的仿真分析。通过与现场验证试验对比,优化机组调速系统与水轮机模型,提高了仿真系统对南方电网异步联网运行控制特性模拟的精度,为推进云南电网和南方电网主网异步联网工程提供了技术支持。
