提高热轧带钢产品厚度精度的技术措施

Thickness gauge is the key instrument for measuring and controlling strip thickness. Analyses were carried out of shutdowns ,failures and measurement deviations of the gauge occurring in recent years, and 6 amendment precautions were proposed and implemented, which has yielded remarkable merits.%厚度测量系统是控制和测量带钢的关键仪表设备.针对近年来在生产过程中发生的测厚仪停机、故障和偏差等情况进行了分析和判断,给出了6种改进的措施并实施,取得了显著的效果.
