“公司+农户”模式是我国农业产业化采用率最高的经营模式之一，但实践中，违约和敲竹杠等机会主义行为屡见不鲜。归纳起来，“公司+农户”模式中的机会主义行为主要有基于信息不对称的“逆向选择”和“道德风险”行为、基于资产专用性投资的“敲竹杠”行为、基于集体行动的“搭便车”行为和基于博弈次数（交易频率）的短期化行为等四种类型。导致机会主义行为产生的原因主要有有限理性、信息不完全和不对称、资产的专用性和行为的短期化。%“Company & Peasant-household” is one of the highest agricultural industrialization rate of business model in China. But, there are much opportunism behaviors in this mode, such as break the contract, “hold-up” and so on. There are four types of opportunism behaviors in the “Company & Peasant-household” mode. The first is “adverse selection” and “moral hazard” which is mainly based on the information asymmetry. The second is “hold-up” based on asset specificity investment. The third is “free-rider” behavior based on the collective action. The forth is the short-term act based on the game number of times (frequency). The origin of the opportunism in the compact agricultural trade relations mainly are, bounded rationality, incomplete information and information asymmetry, asset specificity and short-term behavior.
