深圳大学学生公寓使用后评估的启示

摘要

本文首先简述了深圳大学学生公寓进行使用后评估的方式和过程,然后对使用后评估回收的问卷进行了详细分析。最后,针对使用后评估中发现的问题,对南方地区的大学生公寓提出了设计改进的建议。%This paper outlines the method and process of the Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) of the student dormitories in Shenzhen University. It then analyzes the received questionnaires in detail. According to the problems discovered in POE, this paper further puts forward some design suggestions for the improvement of college student dormitories in the southern region.
