我国目前的人口老龄化问题日益严峻，并受到国家的高度重视，东北地区由于气候、经济、文化等原因，老龄化问题在全国范围内更为显著。本研究在现有的国内外相关研究的基础上，针对东北地区的老年人的居住条件、生理状态和生活习惯等相关因素，并结合微气候模拟软件和其它常规设计软件进行东北住区的户外适老环境分析，并通过对特定居住区的实地采访、调研，搜集建成住区内人们对目前户外环境的意见与建议，研究东北住区适老景观环境的优化设计。%The problem of population aging in our country is becoming more and more serious, and it has been attached great importance by the country. Due to climate, economy, culture and other reasons, the aging problem is more significant in Northeast China. Based on the existing domestic and foreign related research, this study aimed at the suitability analysis of community outdoor environment for the elderly, considering the living conditions, physiological status and living habits of the elderly in Northeast China, combined with micro climate simulation software and other conventional design software Through the field studies and interviews of specific communities, we colect residents' opinions and suggestions for the outdoor environment, and reflect the optimization of community environment design in Northeast China.
