Yongning Acropolis was one of " three major Acropolis" in China. There are lots of traditional residences in the town, with wonderful workmanship. They have the extremely high historical and cultural value. However, the current state of preservation is worring. This paper which through field visits, summarized the situation of traditional residence in Yongning, and analyzed the historical, artistic and emotional value of them. It concluded the major threats from the construction, the maintenance and government's protection plan in three aspects. It use Fan Lou as an example to analysis the problems of the protection of traditional architecture and explains the Hanlin Lou protection status. Based on that, it prospects the future of traditional residence protection in the town, from the view of protection value and exploitation.%永宁卫城曾是"中国三大卫城"之一,城内传统民居数量众多,工艺精美,有极高的历史文化价值,然而当前的保存状况却令人担忧.文章通过实地调研及文献梳理,概括了永宁古镇内传统民居的现状,对其历史、艺术及情感价值进行了分析,从建筑的建造工艺、使用者的管理维护以及政府的统一规划保护3个方面总结了传统民居面临的主要威胁;进而以其中保护价值较高的番仔楼为例,分析目前保护工作中存在的问题,并详细阐释其典型代表汉林楼的保护现状.在此基础上从如何凸显传统民居的保护价值和永宁古镇的有效开发利用两个角度,展望当地传统民居保护的前景.
