云南省某县城镇居民基本医疗保险运行情况分析

摘要

2010年云南省城镇居民医疗保险实现全面覆盖，城镇居民医疗保障的问题得到一定程度的解决。但在制度运行过程中，仍存在一些问题。本文以云南省某县做为研究对象，对该县城镇居民医疗保险运行中存在的问题及原因进行调查分析，为城镇居民医疗保险制度的进一步发展提供参考意见。%The medical insurance of urban residents carried out complete coverage in Yunnan in 2010. The problem had been solved at a certain degree. But, in the process, it still exited some factors to influence the policy’s operation. This article takes a county as example, investigates and analyzes the problems and reasons about medical insurance for urban residents and so as to provide some suggestion to promote medical insurance system further.
