摘要

In order to determine the disciplinary and research boundaries,it is necessary for comparative politics to form an independent academic foundation during its establishment and development process.For this purpose, comparative politics needs to solve the following basic problems:to determine the generation condition of comparative politics, answering the question of the background for comparative politics;to determine the value of comparative politics, answering the ques-tion of the function and role of comparative politics;to determine the basic principles for comparative politics, answering the question of how comparative politics should be studied;to determine the comparative politics status in the system of political science, answering the question of the relationship between comparative politics and other political science; to determine the research methods of comparative politics, answering the question of what kind of logic programs and tools should be used in comparative politics.%比较政治学建立和发展过程中需要形成独立的学科基础，以确定自己的学科边界和研究领域。为此，比较政治学需要解决以下几个基本问题：确定比较政治研究产生的条件，回答在什么知识背景下才能形成比较政治学学科；确定比较政治研究的价值，回答进行比较政治研究的功能与作用；确定实行比较政治研究的基本原则，回答应当怎样进行政治的比较研究；确定比较政治学在政治学体系中的地位，回答比较政治学与其他政治学的关系；确定比较政治学的研究方法和途径，回答以什么样的逻辑程序和工具来进行比较政治研究。
