EKG辅助PICC导管尖端定位技术的问题及干预方法探析

         

摘要

目的 对EKG辅助PICC导管尖端定位技术存在的问题进行了分析,并提出对应的干预方法.方法 将2017年12月-2018年12月到我院接受EKG辅助PICC导管尖端定位技术治疗的250例患者选取为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和干预组,每组均为125例,对EKG辅助PICC导管尖端定位技术存在的问题进行分析,并提出对应的干预方法,对干预组患者实行对应的干预方法,而对照组则不做任何干预,对比两组患者PICC导管异位、脱出发生情况.结果 对照组的导管脱出率、异位率和并发症发生率均明显高于干预组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在采取EKG辅助PICC导管尖端定位技术时实施对应的干预措施,可以有效的降低导管脱出、异位及并发症发生率.%Objective To analyze the problems of EKG-assisted PICC catheter tip positioning technology and put forward corresponding intervention methods. Methods 250 patients who received EKG-assisted PICC catheter tip positioning technology in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Each group consisted of 125 patients. The problems of EKG-assisted PICC catheter tip positioning technology were analyzed, and the corresponding intervention methods were put forward. The intervention group was given corresponding intervention methods. The control group did not do any intervention, and compared the occurrence of PICC catheter ectopia and detachment between the two groups. Results The catheter detachment rate, ectopic rate and complication rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the intervention group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion EKG-assisted PICC catheter tip positioning can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter prolapse, ectopic and complications.
