运用王清任'通窍活血汤'治疗多囊卵巢综合征临证验案

摘要

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是生育年龄妇女常见的一种复杂的内分泌及代谢异常所致的疾病.该病在生育年龄的妇女中有6％-10％患有该病.目前中医界普遍把多囊卵巢综合征分为肾虚血瘀型、脾虚痰湿型、痰瘀互结型.我们在前人研究的基础上运用王清任的"通窍活血汤"治疗多囊卵巢综合征获得了较好的疗效.%Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex endocrine and metabolic disorder which can be commonly seen in women of reproductive age. The disease affects 6 to 10 percent of women of reproductive age.At present, PCOS is generally divided into kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, spleen deficiency and phlegmdampness type, phlegm-stasis mutual junction type. On the basis of previous studies, we have applied Wang qingren's"Tongqiaohuoxue decoction" for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and obtained good efficacy.
