同伴教育对行射频消融术心房颤动患者服药依从性的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨同伴教育对老年射频消融术后患者长期服药依从性的影响.方法 采用方便抽样方法,选取重庆市某三甲医院心血管疾病中心老年射频消融术后120名患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组60例与观察组60例.对照组采用射频消融术后的常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受同伴教育2个月.连续2个月后评价患者长期服药依从性、并发症发生率、生活质量评分(SF-36).结果 观察组长期服药依从性显著高于对照组,生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 同伴教育能有效提高射频消融术后患者长期服药的依从性,改善患者生活质量.%Objective To explore the effect of peer education on long-term drug compliance of elderly patients after radiofrequency ablation. Methods 120 elderly patients after radiofrequency ablation in the cardiovascular disease center of a third-class A hospital in Chongqing were selected by convenient sampling method, the patients were divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine health education after radiofrequency ablation, while the observation group received peer education for 2 months. The patients' long-term compliance, complication rate and quality of life score (SF-36) were evaluated after 2 consecutive months. Results The long-term compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Peer education can effectively improve the long-term compliance of patients after radiofrequency ablation and improve the quality of life of patients.
