目的 了解三级医院护士的工作满意度,为提高护士工作满意度,稳定护理队伍提供依据.方法采用卫生和计划生育委员会医院评审评价项目办公室研制的《护士体验与满意度调查问卷》实施调查,对资阳市三级医院的1763名护士进行问卷调查.结果 三级医院的护士的满意度为89.99%,总均分为(3.86±0.30)分,影响护士满意度最主要的因素依次是"人员配置"、"护士收入"、"工作量适中".结论 建议在护理管理过程中采取切实有效的方式提高护士满意度,稳定护理团队,确保护理质量.%Objective To understand job satisfaction of nurses in tertiary hospitals, and provide basis for improving job satisfaction of nurses and stabilizing nursing team. Methods Carry on questionnaire for 1763 nurses of tertiary hospitals in Ziyang city based on Nurses Experience and Satisfaction Questionnaire developed by Hospital Evaluation Project Office of Health and Family Planning Commission. Results Satisfaction degree of nurses in tertiary hospitals was 89.99%, with total scores of (3.86±0.30). Most important factors affecting satisfaction of nurses were "staffing", "income of nurses" and "moderate workload". Conclusion It is suggested to take effective measures to improve satisfaction of nurses, stabilize nursing team and ensure nursing quality during process of nursing management.
