基于归一磁链/电流法的开关磁阻电动机间接位置检测

         

摘要

在已知开关磁阻电动机磁化曲线的基础上,设计了一种基于归一磁链/电流法的 SRM 间接位置检测方法.该方法是以各相的电压、电流为输入,积分得到磁链,对磁链归一化,查找磁链归一化后的二维表,得到相应的位置角.该方法解决了传统磁链/电流法依据原始磁化数据形成查找表且表格利用率低的问题,能够较准确地估算电机转子位置.利用 Matlab 提供的 Simulink 系统环境对开关磁阻电机间接位置检测方案建立仿真模型,仿真结果表明电机运行在不同转速下,该方法均能对转子位置进行估算且具有较高的精度和可靠性.%Based on the obtained magnetic curve of SRM, a sensorless method was established based on normalized flux/current method.The voltage and current of each phase were considered as inputs and the flux linkage was obtained by integration.The corresponding angle obtained by looking up 2-D table formed after flux linkage was normalized.This method solved the problem of low utilization rate in the direct look-up table according to the original data of traditional flux linkage method.It can estimate rotor position angle accurately.The sensorless position estimation module was established under Simulink system environment provided by Matlab.Simulation shows that this method can estimate the rotor position with high precision and reliability when the motor is running at different speeds.
