MW级永磁同步风力发电机电磁场仿真

     

摘要

Based on the method of equivalent circuit and generator magnetic circuit, the model of MW large permanent magnet synchronous generator was established by finite element analysis software Ansoft RMxprt module. The transient magnetic field of the generator was calculated using Maxwell 2D transient solver with the basic assumptions and boundary conditions given. The figs of flux density wave, magnetic line of force distribution of major parts and nephogram of magnetic field were simulated in rated state. The method can accurately and effectively reflect a wind turbine operation process of magnetic field distribution, which have reference value for the design of large wind generator and fault diagnosis.%基于发电机等效电路和磁路计算方法,利用有限元分析软件Ansoft的RMxprt模块对兆瓦级大型永磁同步风力发电机进行了建模.在给出基本假设和边界条件的基础上,利用Maxwell 2D的磁场求解器对风力机瞬态电磁场进行仿真计算,得出了发电机在额定状态下的内部气隙磁密、主要部件的磁力线分布图和磁场密度分布云图.该方法可准确、有效地反映风力发电机运行过程中内部磁场的分布,对大型风力发电机的设计以及故障诊断具有参考价值.
