通过分析无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动的形成,对换相期间相电流的变化进行了推导,通过对不计电枢电阻和计电枢电阻两种情况进行对比,得出了电枢电阻及其压降对于转矩脉动的影响和电机低速、高速区的划分.根据电阻值对换相期间的PWM进行补偿,从而消除换相过程中转矩脉动.%By analysis the occurrence of commutation torque ripple in the brushless direct current motor,phase current waveforms were gotten in different kinds of situation. The commutation torque of neglecting resistance was different from that of considering resistance. At the same time the boundary of high speed and low speed area of motor was changed. By compensating the PWM value considering resistance in the commutation period,the torque ripple can be eliminated.
