基于旋转变压器的高速无刷电动机换相控制研究

         

摘要

随着无刷直流电动机转速的增高和可靠性要求的提升,旋转变压器在转子位置检测中的应用价值愈发得到重视.依据旋转变压器的位置检测原理,基于AD2S1210设计了旋转变压器的驱动和信号调理电路,在分析该芯片与数字信号处理器接口及通讯模式的基础上,利用AD2S1210和数字信号处理器设计并实现了高速高可靠无刷电动机控制系统,并对传感器接口方式、角度分辨率、系统采样频率等影响无刷电动机换相精度的关键因素进行定量分析,最后通过搭建硬件平台进行实验测试,验证了旋转变压器用于高速无刷电动机精确换相控制的有效性和可靠性.%The enhancement of high speed and high reliability requirements of brushless DC Motor attaches more importance of resolver in motor rotor position detection applications.According to its work principle,the resolver drive and signal conditioning circuits were presented based on AD2S1210.Interface and communication mode between AD2S1210 and DSP were discussed in detail.Then a brushless DC motor digital control system was implemented using AD2S1210 as resolver-digital converter and DSP as central processing unit.Key factors such as sensor interface,angular resolution and sample rate that affect commutation accuracy were discussed quantitatively.Tests are carried out on the hardware platform,with the results confirming the validity and reliability of employing resolver in high speed BLDC Motor commutation control system.
