基于高频信号注入的异步电动机转子故障诊断方法研究

         

摘要

Considering that fault characteristic component in the spectrum analysis of the current was blanketed by fundamental component and hard to highlight fault characteristic,a new diagnosis method of broken rotor bar fault was proposed.The new fault characteristic component of broken rotor bar was developed based on high-frequency signal injection method.Good and broken induction motor models were found based on multi-loop theory and winding function theory.The simulation result shows that the method can make accurate judgment for fault of rotor broken bar.%鉴于工频分量对异步电动机转子断条故障特征分量的泄露影响,提出了高频信号注入的异步电动机转子故障诊断新方法.推导出高频信号注入后转子断条新的故障特征频率,采用电机多回路理论和绕组函数理论建立异步电动机完好以及转子断条故障数学模型,通过仿真验证了高频信号注入法在电机轻载情况下对诊断转子断条故障的有效性和可行性.
