五相无刷直流电动机霍尔容错控制策略

         

摘要

在最多2个霍尔损坏情况下,将五相无刷直流电动机霍尔损坏分为1个霍尔损坏、2个相邻霍尔损坏和2个非相邻霍尔损坏3种类型,确定了2种特殊霍尔状态,即1种霍尔状态对应2种不同的MOS管开关状态和1种霍尔状态对应3种不同的MOS管开关状态.在分析不同霍尔状态、开关状态和转矩之间的关系基础上,确定不同霍尔损坏类型的容错处理策略.实验样机验证了该方法的有效性,实现了容错运行,霍尔故障引起电机不能工作的概率大幅下降为9.85ppm.%When there should be at most two damaged Hall elements,the Hall damage of the five-phase brushless DC motor could be classified into three categories:one Hall damage,two adjacent-Hall damage and two nonadjacent-Hall damage.Two special state of Hall element were identified,namely,one state of Hall element determines two or three different MOS switch statuses.The fault-tolerant processing strategies for different Hall damage types were fixed based on the analysis of the relationships between Hall states,switching statuses,and torque.The effectiveness of such method was verified by an experimental prototype,allowing realization of fault-tolerant processing and substantially lowering the motor's failure (caused by Hall damage) rate to 9.85ppm.
