分数槽表贴式永磁同步电机振动抑制

             

摘要

研究空载条件下表贴式永磁同步电机振动,提出采用定子齿开槽抑制8极9槽电机表面振动的方法.确定了永磁同步电机振动与径向电磁力的关系,在定子齿轴线的位置开槽,以定子齿表面的电磁力最小化为优化目标得到开槽的参数,将径向电磁力施加在定子齿上,得到8极9槽电机的瞬态响应.研究了绕组对电机模态频率的影响,得到加上绕组使得电机质量增加导致电机的各阶模态频率降低.实验结果表明采用定子齿开槽的方法后,8极9槽电机表面的振动可以减小40.7%.%The vibration of PMSM under no-load condition was studied.The method which reduced the vibration of 8 -pole and 9-slot motor by opening slot on the stator teeth is proposed.The relationship between the vibration and the radial electromagnetic force was determined.The electromagnetic force on the stator teeth was reduced by opening slot.The radial electromagnetic force was applied on the stator teeth to obtain the transient response of the 8-pole & 9-slot motor.The influence of the windings on modal frequency was studied.Frequency of every order was reduced by adding the windings.The experimental results show that the vibration of 8-pole & 9-slot motor can be reduced by 40.7% after opening slot on the stator teeth.
