隔膜泵用磁致伸缩致动器的设计与实验研究

         

摘要

A metal membrane pump driven by a magnetostrictive actuator was presented.Parametric design of solenoid was conducted with finite element analysis method,which indicated the lowest copper loss occurs when the inner and outer diameter were 20 mm and 50 mm respectively to sustain the same magnetic field.Magnetostrictive strain under different current was measured and the maximum strain reaches 1 100 ppm.The pump has a flow rate of 2 mL/s when driven by the actuator and reaches the design target of fluid loop.%介绍了一种由磁致伸缩材料驱动的金属隔膜泵,基于有限元方法对其致动器线圈结构进行了参数化设计,结果表明提供同样强度的磁场时,线圈内外径分别为20 mm与50 mm时致动器具有最低的铜损.实验测量了不同电流下材料的磁致应变值,最大应变可以达到1 100 ppm.该致动器驱动泵体工作时能够达到2 mL/s的流量,达到了整个流体回路的设计指标.
