MS-12型硫泡沫真空过滤机在脱硫工序的应用

摘要

针对原连续熔硫硫回收系统存在的问题，引入硫泡沫过滤＋间断熔硫工艺对原系统进行改造，不仅降低了副盐的生成及悬浮硫含量，改善了脱硫溶液的质量，也降低了脱硫系统阻力和原料消耗，提高了硫磺回收率。%To solve the problems of old continuously sulfur melting recovery system, the revamp was executed by introducing vacuum filter of sulfur foam into the system and adopting intermittent sulfur melting process, which reduced by-produced salts and floating sulfur, raised the quality of de-sulfur solution, decreased system resistance and raw materials＇ consumption, increased the sulfur recovery rate.
