This paper discusses the design,process,major equipments of CO shift system without saturated hot water tower in 150 kt/a ammonia plant of Liuzhou Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd,sums up its operation,presents the problems exposed while running in full load.%介绍了广西柳州化工股份有限公司150 kt/a合成氨装置无饱和热水塔变换系统的设计、工艺流程及主要设备,对系统生产运行情况进行了总结,找出了尚存在的问题。
