传感器用有机硅密封胶的制备

             

摘要

A monocomponent additional silicone sealant was prepared with methylvinylsilicone resin as the base rubber, hydrogen silicone oil as the crosslinking agent, the active calcium carbonate as the filler, and self-made tackifier, catalyst and inhibitor.The effects of n (Si—H) ∶n (Si—Vi), the content of methylvinylsilicone resin, the species and amount of the fillers, and the amount of tackifier on the performance of silicone sealant were studied.Results showed that the preferred conditions were as follows:n (Si—H) ∶n (Si—Vi) =1.5, the content of methylvinyl silicone resin was 25%, the ground active calcium carbonate as the filler with the amount of 20%, the content of tackifier was 1.5%.The prepared silicone sealant has a better performance, with the viscosity of 50 000 m Pa·s, the tensile strength of 4.08 MPa, the elongation at break of 170%, the shear strength of 4.70 MPa.Meanwhile, the silicone sealant also has good adhesion to substrate and improves reliability by sealing the sensor parts.%以甲基乙烯基硅树脂为基料, 含氢硅油为交联剂, 活性碳酸钙为填料、并加入自制增粘剂、催化剂、抑制剂, 制备了单组分加成型有机硅密封胶.研究了n (Si—H) ∶n (Si—Vi) 、甲基乙烯基硅树脂用量、填料种类和用量、增粘剂用量对有机硅密封胶性能的影响.较佳的制备条件为n (Si—H) ∶n (Si—Vi) =1.5, 乙烯基硅树脂用量为25%, 填料选用活性重质碳酸钙、用量为20%, 自制增粘剂用量为1.5%, 此条件下制得的有机硅密封胶性能较优, 黏度为50 000 m Pa·s, 拉伸强度为4.08 MPa, 拉断伸长率为170%, 剪切强度为4.70 MPa, 与基材粘接性能良好, 可应用于传感器的密封.
