四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷脱水剂的选择

             

摘要

研究了四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷(VM)中的水分含量对乙烯基硅油产品质量的影响,比较了氯化钙( CaCl2)、3(A)分子筛、4(A)分子筛、5(A)分子筛四种脱水剂对VM的脱水效果.结果表明,VM中的水分对乙烯基硅油的黏度及挥发分含量有显著影响;四种脱水剂中,4(A)分子筛的脱水效果最好,不仅可以有效降低四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷中的水分含量,而且小幅提高了其纯度.%The effect of water in 1,3-divinyltetramethyldisiloxane on the quality of vinyl silicone fluid was studied. The dehydration effect of four dehydrants of CaCl2,3A, 4A and 5A molecular sieves on 1,3-divi-nyltetramethyldisiloxane was compared. Results showed that the water in 1,3-divinyltetramethyldisiloxane had significant impact on the viscosity and volatility of vinyl silicone fluid with 4 A sieves as the optimal choice a-mong the four dehydrants. 4 A sieves can not only effectively reduce the water content in 1,3-divinyltetrameth-yldisiloxane, but also improve its purity.
