强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成二甲基硅油的研究

         

摘要

Dimethyl silicone oil was synthesized by equilibration polymerization with octamethylcyclo-tetrasiloxane and hexamethyldisiloxane as the materials, and acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst. The effects of the content of cation exchange resin, proton concentration, particle size and water on the rate of polymerization were studied in the synthesis of dimethyl silicone by single factor experiment. Results showed that the optimum acidic cation resin applied to dimethyl silicone oil was proton concentration of 5 mmol/g, particle size around 0. 6~0. 8 mm, and the catalyst dosage of 6% , 5 hours, temperature of 80~90℃ , and the continuous life of cation exchange resin was 200 hours.%以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,通过平衡反应合成了二甲基硅油.通过单因素试验法考察了反应温度、反应时间、阳离子交换树脂的氢离子含量、粒径及用量对二甲基硅油黏度的影响,并考察了阳离子交换树脂催化剂的连续使用寿命.结果表明,适宜作合成甲基硅油催化剂的强酸性阳离子交换树脂的氢离子质量摩尔浓度为5 mmol/g、粒径为0.6~0.8 mm,最佳添加量为反应物质量的6%,反应时间为5h,反应温度为80~ 90℃,阳离子交换树脂的连续使用寿命为200 h左右.
