缩合型等比例 RTV －2有机硅密封胶的性能研究

摘要

The condensation RTV -2 silicone rubber with equal proportion mixing ratio was prepared by HO-PDMS and MO-PDMS.It shows that the condensation RTV -2 rubber has stable storage .And through the experiments on the fluctuation of the mixing ratio of RTV -2 rubber at different proportions , it is found that when mixing ratio error is within 30%, the condensation RTV-2 rubber with equal proportion mixing ra-tio exhibits relatively stable cure .And through the investigation on the mixing ratio stability between condensa-tion RTV-2 rubber with equal proportion mixing ratio and that with 10:1 mixing ratio, it is also found that condensation RTV-2 rubber with equal proportion mixing ratio has a more stable cure property , when applied on sealant dispensing machine .%以α，ω－二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷（ HO－PDMS）为基胶，多烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷（ MO－PDMS）为硫化体系的基础聚合物，制得缩合型等比例室温硫化双组分（ RTV－2）有机硅密封胶，储存9个月后考察其挤出性和表干时间；改变缩合型RTV－2有机硅密封胶A、 B组分的混合比例，发现缩合型RTV－2有机硅密封胶的混合比例误差在30％内，密封胶的硫化性能相对稳定；考察了A、 B组分混合质量比为10∶1与等比例混合的RTV－2有机硅密封胶在打胶机上的应用稳定性，发现等比例RTV－2有机硅密封胶在打胶机施工中的硫化性能更稳定。
