可剥离脱胶的地板密封胶研制

摘要

RTV-1 Silicone modified polyurethane elastic sealant is prepared with silicone modified polyurethane prepolymer, PPG 2000, nanometer calcium carbonate, calcium carbonate, antioxidant 245, A-171, A-1120 and organic tin catalyst, used for bonding the wood floor, which can be stripped off by immersion.The optium formula is that the sealant exposes in 25℃ and 50% relative humidity for 10 days, the tensile strength of 1.08 MPa, the elongation of 306%, and the curing depth of 5.0mm, and it can be peeled in water for 3 days.%以硅烷改性聚氨酯预聚体为原料,添加亲水性增塑剂PPG2000,混合填料纳米碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙,抗氧化剂245,硅烷偶联剂A-171、A-1120及有机锡类催化剂等,制得用于木地板粘接的单组分有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性密封胶,可通过浸水方式脱胶.在25℃、相对湿度50%条件下硫化10 d后,密封胶拉伸强度1.08 MPa,拉断伸长率306%,硫化深度5.0 mm,在水中浸泡3 d可完成剥离脱胶.
