1. Main factors affecting adhesion of PEP to various polymers 1.1 Melt miscibility 1.2 Interdiffusion & entanglement 1.3 Crystallinity 2. The delamination layer for PEP sealant can be selected from 2.1 Low VA EVA 2.2 polyethylene acid copolymer 2.3 Ionomer, styrenic polymer etcv with an interlayer adhesion strength of lower than 12N/inch to the PEP sealant layer 3. The multilayer film provides an easy open solution that satisfies performance requirements such as easy sealability, easy openability, low heat seal initiation temperature, and low temperature dependency.
