羟基封端二甲基-二苯基硅氧烷低聚物的合成

摘要

以吡啶为缚酸剂,二甲基二氯硅烷与过量二苯基硅二醇反应得到二羟基封端二甲基-二苯基硅氧烷低聚物,采用核磁和红外光谱表征其结构.采用封端法测定了其平均摩尔质量和羟基含量.此低聚物具有二甲基与二苯基交替结构,是一种重要的羟基封端聚硅氧烷中间体.%Hydroxyl terminated oligo(dimethyldiphenyl)siloxane was prepared in the presence of pyri-dine,the excessed dihydroxydiphenylsilane, and dimethyldichlorosilane, whose structure was determined by 1 H NMR, 13C NMR and FT-IR.Its average molecular weight and hydroxyl content were measured by end-blocking method.The hydroxyl terminated oligomer featured with the alternative structures of dimethylsiloxy and diphenylsiloxy,and could be used as an important silicone intermediate.
