基于长尾理论视角的中小商业银行业务拓展探析

     

摘要

传统观点认为,厂商都偏好将资源集中于少量的大客户,也往往为了争夺这些大客户而过度竞争。但在当今的网络时代,长尾理论的提出改变了这种看法。长尾理论认为只要满足一定的条件,利基市场也能帮助厂商实现盈利,并支撑其成长。将长尾理论借鉴到中小商业银行,从发展中小商业银行的中小企业业务、大众零售业务、中间业务三个长尾业务方面,探讨中小商业银行实现长尾盈利的可行性和应用方法。%The traditional theory helds that the plant likes to assemble its resources into a few of big customers, which leads to severe competition for them. But in the time of network, the long - tail theory changes the traditional idea. The long - tail theory holds that the mark can also help the plants win benefit and support them develop under a certain condition. The feasibihy and practical ways are discussed when the small - mid commercial banks invest the small - mid enterprises, the retail business and the intermediate business according to the longtail thoery.
