高校构建创先争优活动长效机制探究

摘要

创先争优活动是加强党的执政能力建设和先进性建设的重要载体，是保持共产党员先进性教育和学习实践科学发展观活动的延伸和深入。高校要明确在创先争优活动中的责任和影响，紧密结合高校职能，大力构建长效机制，促进学校科学发展。%The movement of striving for superiority is an important carrier that the CPC strengthens its governing power and main- tain its advanced nature as well as an extension and deepening on which the party members can maintain their advanced nature and practice the scientific development view. The responsibility and impact of superiority must be clearly defined and the long effective mechanism is fully constructed on the basis of close connection with the universities＇ functions to scientifically develop them.
