单一的助学金制度是国家对研究生“精英身份”的高度认同；奖学金与助学金的分化回归是国家对研究生规模扩大、收费制度试行和培养类型调整的必然应对；多元化的奖助体系是国家实行研究生全面收费改革的重要支撑。每一次政策调整都是对研究生教育的丰富和完善，但相比研究生奖助体系十分成熟的英美国家，我国仍然需要进一步拓宽奖助经费来源渠道，加强奖助金的科学管理和分配，建立多渠道的奖助补偿机制。%The single grants policy is the state of the highly recognized graduate “elites”;Differentiation and return of scholarship and grants is the country to the graduate scale ,system implementation and training necessary to charge type adjustment ;Diversified awards policy is an important support for national implementation of the comprehensive reform of charges for graduate students .Every time the policy adjustment is the system of graduate education to enrich and perfect , but compared to American countries ,There is a need to further broaden the sources of funding ,strengthen the grant of scientific management and distribution ,established multiple channels compensation mechanism .
