提高转户居民生活质量的社区服务探索

摘要

With the development of urbanization, more and more peasants become urban residents. After living in urban, the transferred residents will face many problems on employment, urban adaptation and interpersonal relationship. Community subdistrict office should improve the transferred residents ' life quality through services below: propagandizing the policy of transformation, implementation the transferred residents ' rights and interests, making employment training, maintaining the transferred residents' mental health.%随着城镇化的推进，越来越多的农民进入城市成为转户居民。转户居民在进入城市后，会出现就业不理想、城市生活不适应、人际关系不佳等问题，导致他们生活质量不高。社区街道办(居委会)应该通过做好转户政策宣传，落实转户居民权益，开展就业培训、引入就业机会，加强心理健康维护等措施来提高转户居民的生活质量。
