论教练员在竞技体育训练中的地位与作用？

The coach is a controller in the process of sports training,which is the core of the competitive sports training.The coach＇s comprehensive ability strong or weak related to the competition results of good or bad of sports team and the future development of athletes.At the same time,the coach plays an impellent role for rapid development of our country sports enterprise from a major sports country to a world sports power.So,this paper theoretically analyzed and explored the coaches＇ status and role in the competitive sports training,and a good coach should have quality.It is very important practical significance and social significance.%教练员是运动训练过程的掌控者,是竞技体育训练的核心。教练员的综合能力强弱关系到运动队成绩好坏和运动员未来发展,同时对我国体育事业较快从体育大国迈向体育强国起着推动作用。因此,从理论上分析教练员在竞技体育训练中的地位与作用,探讨优秀教练员应该具备的素质,具有非常重要的现实意义和社会意义。
