采用文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察、数理统计方法，对四川省宜宾县农村中学体育课程资源现状进行调研，研究结果显示：农村中学体育与健康课程资源水平低，主要体现在体育设施资源，人力资源，课程内容资源，体育信息资源4个方面。全面了解四川省宜宾县农村中学体育课程资源的现状，并对如何开发体育课程资源提出相应的建议，提高体育课程内容资源开发的质量，为四川省宜宾县农村中学体育课程资源开发和利用提供理论依据。%In this paper, the literature, questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other research methods be used.
